Availability Guarantee
If you visit an A-Plant depot to hire a guaranteed stock item that is unavailable, we’ll provide free delivery from another of our depots directly to your site. It’s simple – if the equipment you need isn’t available, we’ll source it and deliver the equipment free of charge.

Service Guarantee
We’ll repair or replace down equipment within 4 hours of the call for service, or the hire that day is free. At A-Plant we understand how crucial it is for your equipment to be in good working order. We are committed to resolving any equipment problems you may encounter.

Out-of-Hours Response Guarantee
A quick response for emergency out-of-hours delivery or service calls is crucial. A member of our team will respond to out-of-hours calls within one hour, or a day’s hire is free. We are committed to reacting to emergencies quickly and decisively – no matter what time you place the call.
