What do I do if I’m not happy with a certain aspect of the hire?

Unfortunately, on rare occasions problems can arise and we endeavor to reach a resolution as quickly as possible. Therefore, it is important that any issues you encounter are notified at the time they occurred. Simply contact our Customer Service team on 01543 364121 or log your concern here.

What happens if the machine I have hired breaks down?

In the rare event of our machinery breaking down, we send a fitter to inspect the item as soon as possible; therefore, please contact the issuing A-Plant Service Centre as soon as possible. If the machine can be repaired on site, then we will do so at minimal inconvenience. If, however, the repairs cannot be carried out we will replace the item as quickly as possible.
