Delivery Guarantee
We'll deliver within 60 minutes of the quoted delivery time,
or the hire that day is free. We know how important it is for
you to keep your projects on track, and with our on-time delivery
guarantee, you can depend on A-Plant to schedule and deliver
equipment when you need it, avoiding costly delays.
Availability Guarantee
If you visit an A-Plant depot to hire a
guaranteed stock itemthat is unavailable,
we'll provide free delivery from another of
our depots directly to your site. It's simple - if the
equipment you need isn't available, we'll source it and deliver the
equipment free of charge.
Service Guarantee
We'll repair or replace down equipment within 4 hours of the call for
service, or the hire that day is free. At A-Plant we understand
how crucial it is for your equipment to be in good working order. We
are committed to resolving any equipment problems you may encounter.
Out-of-Hours Response Guarantee
A quick response for emergency out-of-hours delivery or service calls
is crucial. A member of our team will respond to out-of-hours calls
within one hour, or a day's hire is free. We are committed to
reacting to emergencies quickly and decisively - no matter what time
you place the call.
