It is no secret that lung disease stands as one of the most prolific health conditions in the UK today, so much in fact that when the NHS set out their Long-Term Plan back in 2019, they recognised combatting lung disease as a clinical priority moving forward[1]. However, many lung diseases currently exist without a cure, meaning the emphasis on prevention is paramount.

It’s no secret that emissions associated with traditional energy usage contribute to climate change, so we must strive to find new ways to power our planet without causing irreversible damage.

Evidence shows that the answer is to create a greener future when it comes to our energy generation and consumption.

Going green however can be seen as a point of contention across the sectors we operate in, with many thinking it means a sudden, overnight switch to exclusively renewable energy usage. Whereas in reality ‘going green’ means creating a blueprint for a brighter and more sustainable future, one step at a time.
