"I’ve just started the second year of a customer service apprenticeship and have completed my NVQ Level 2 qualification. I’m based in the FLG Services depot in Liverpool and I love the flexibility that the apprenticeship offers, plus the support that I get from my colleagues. My college tutor visits me at work and all the modules are completed online using the Smart Assessor scheme, so I can complete the modules at home or in the office."
"FLG Services provides lifting and safety equipment so some of the products are very technical, but I get a great deal of support from my mentor and my line manager to help build my product knowledge. I work directly alongside my mentor and he guides me with my coursework, shows me the filing systems and generally helps me a lot. I’m learning something new every single day and hope to become a Rental Manager once I’ve successfully completed my apprenticeship."
