Roles and responsibilities

We now have two fantastic opportunities for Sales Executives in our London region to join our close-knit, friendly team to help us develop and grow the A-Plant business.

The role will focus on London Major Projects, to build business on the high Profile and high value projects in and around London.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will have the freedom to manage your account portfolio to drive and deliver results and be at the forefront of customer interaction, acting as our brand ambassador and helping us to be the best in our industry in everything we do.

Needless to say you will be able to build great relationships and harness those, in order to maximise opportunities. You’ll be inquisitive and a creative thinker, able to generate leads from both our existing customer base and from new prospects.

Skills required

You will already have a proven sales management record, however we are really interested in hearing from you if you have great communication skills and the drive and motivation to succeed in a healthily competitive sales role in a collaborative, fast-paced business. Additionally, you will bring:

  • Experience in a customer-focused role with the ability to demonstrate excellent relationship management skills
  • Excellent planning and organising skills, able to manage your own time to maximum effect
  • Resilient, with the ability to work in a pressurised environment
  • Project Management exposure
  • Effective influencing and negotiating skills
  • Proficient IT skills and the ability to analyse data such as business plans, performance and market data
  • Ability to promote the A-Plant brand and cross-sell all the products
  • Experience of plant hire or construction industry will be advantageous
  • A full clean UK Driving Licence.

The role will involve Regional and occasional National travel.
