A-Plant Guarantee

• Delivery guarantee – we’ll deliver within 60 minutes of the quoted delivery time, or the hire that day is free.
• Service guarantee – we’ll repair or replace down equipment within 4 hours of the call for service, or the hire that day is free.
• Availability guarantee – if you visit an A-Plant service centre to hire a guaranteed stock item* that is unavailable, we’ll provide free delivery from another of our service centres directly to your site.
• Out of hours response guarantee – a member of our team will respond to out of hour’s calls within one hour, or a day’s hire is free.

Opening an Account

• To apply for credit facilities with A-Plant, an application for credit form needs to be completed and returned to us. Subject to the information being verified, we can open a customer account within 24 hours and you can start trading with us as soon as the account is open.
• One account with A-Plant allows you to deal with any A-Plant division across any location.
