A-Plant Wins Customer Satisfaction Award

A-Plant has won the Best Return on Customer Service Investment Award at the prestigious UK Customer Satisfaction Awards, hosted by The Institute of Customer Service in London. 

The award was open to organisations that have made significant investment in customer service and realised a quantifiable return on investment. A-Plant beat strong competition from the likes of Vodafone Automotive, Boots and others to win the award. The judging panel were particularly impressed with not just the level of A-Plant’s investment but the number of initiatives the company had adopted to better serve its customers.

A-Plant’s Marketing Director, Asif Latief commented, “We are delighted to win this award. We work in a very competitive industry and we strongly believe that it is our customer service that sets us apart from the competition. In recent years we have invested heavily in new systems to monitor and record our customer service levels and we have implemented a dedicated customer experience team to drive the right behaviours across the company.”

Asif continued, “Our commitment to customer service excellence is an ongoing process and we have more exciting initiatives to be launched in the coming months.”

The customer satisfaction award success comes on the back of A-Plant winning the Silver Award in the Industrial / Utilities category of the UK Customer Experience Awards in 2015.
