Investment Heats Up for A-Plant’s Rapid Climate Control Division
A-Plant’s Rapid Climate Control division has vastly expanded its fleet of heating equipment by placing a seven hundred and fifty thousand-pound order with Thermobile for the latest industrial indirect fired heaters.
The Thermobile order comprises indirect fired heaters ranging from 45kW to 200kW, along with fuel tanks and accessories. The units are particularly suited for industrial applications such as the heating of factories, warehouses and workshops, as well as several other sectors including events, facilities management, retail and agriculture.
This latest tranche of investment comes on the back of a number of orders placed earlier this year to enhance and expand Rapid Climate Control’s fleet of climate control equipment, including multi-million pound investment in a range of portable cooling equipment manufactured by the likes of Fral, Olimpia Splendid and Honeywell.
Dave Matthews, Director of Rapid Climate Control said: “This major investment in new heating equipment places us in an excellent position to supply our customers as we approach the winter months. As part of A-Plant, we want to offer our customers the complete one-stop solution and with our enhanced fleet of equipment we can supply the market sectors we serve.
“We considered various manufacturers and chose Thermobile as its quality and reliability are well proven in the market place. Since the acquisition by A-Plant, we have increased our market share considerably and even further investment is planned in the coming months,” he continued.
